Documentation
On allotment, two agreements will be executed between the Builder and the client, one for sale undivided interest in the land and another for execution for construction contract to the build an apartment. Though separate consideration are ex-specified in each agreement, the composite value of the undivided share in the land and that of the construction contract will be shown in the payment schedule. Necessary conditions to this effect is given in the agreement.
The sale deed for the undivided share in land will be registered or caused to be registered in the name of the client, the builder or the land owner, as the case may be, on receipt of the entire payment as per the agreements.
- All payments by DD or local cheque favoring cadtech Builders.
- For delayed payments interest will be charged at the prevailing bank rates.
- Possession shall be given to the customer only after settling all dues to the company.
- Cadtech Builders, reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
- Registration charges, property tax, onetime village tax, society formation charges, sales tax, service tax, corporation water connection charges, security charges, all other statutory deposits, building tax, construction workers welfare fund and all other statutory payments to be paid by the buyer.
- Maintenance charges to be paid extra.
- Share of cost of transformer and its cabling and all payments for availing electrical connection to be paid extra.
- All transactions are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction only.
